Out of the Jungle . . .

Here's the latest e-mail from Pastor John. I recieved a TM from Joe this morning around 6a and they are preparing for the flight back to Chicago. Look for some great pics after the weekend . . .

From Pastor John in an Internet Hut . . .

"Hey Everyone,

We made it out of the jungle OK. On Tuesday, we had a three-hour trek back into a remote village in the amazon jungle. At some points in our journey, an errant step meant sinking waist deep in quick-sand-like swamp mud, often to the point where help was needed to get out. We all took our spills but avoided any deadly snakes. We spent the night on Tuesday in the aforementioned village, in hammocks and under mosquito nets.

This has been an incredible experience thus far. It´s hard to believe it´s almost over, although I´ve had all the fried bananas I care to eat for a long time.

We´re all eager to get home and see everyone.

Love,
John"
