A Must See Movie

Every once in a while Hollywood gets it right. A reminder that we are all created in the image of God as well as a reminder that we have Christians like Patricia Heaton ("Everybody Loves Raymond") who are actually living (and working) in the world - but who are not of it. "Amazing Grace" is a must see movie that brings history to life. It hits the big screen in February and I wanted to do my part to spread the Word. It is a great way to learn history - a history we can be proud of as evangelical Christians. It is the story of William Wilbeforce (1759-1833), a Cambridge educated statesmen, a friend of the oppressed, and an evangelical Christian who was England's greatest champion for the elimination of the Atlantic slave trade. It's not "Pirates of the Caribbean" - but I hope you will see it - and take your kids with you.
